Once again its been forever since I've updated anything here. My life as I knew it has been completely uprooted recently. Everything I knew just a few months ago is completely different. I moved in with some great people who also happen to be avid cyclists and racers. I'm in a new hood in Brooklyn which feels like a different city in itself. There is so much more I could elaborate on, but I'll just say that updating my blog hasn't been at the top of my priority list.
That being said, I do consistently post on instagram. Follow me @generate or you can also see those photos on your computer HERE.
I've been doing a bit of road racing and have felt sooo much stronger than last year. My gym strategies have changed to include some focused leg workout routines. My eating habits have changed considerably and are much more balanced, and most importantly, I'm riding much more than I used to.
I started track racing at Kissena Velodrome. Last weekend was the opener. I couldn't make it Saturday, but actually took home second place in cat 5 based solely on my points from Sunday. I was pretty amped, and also looking forward to more racing.
I attended the Pink Rhino training clinic at Kissena Velodrome at the end of April. Photos HERE.
Here are a few from day 2 of the Kissena Opener last Sunday. The rest can be found HERE.
